SPACE FOR RENT
Our studio is ideal for rehearsals, shoots, classes, and performances. With elegant interiors and professional-grade facilities, MDCI provides the perfect setting for creative expression thoughtful, visionary and cultural shoots.

• Spacious space (space one – 40 feet, Space Two – 30X20 fit, Space three – 15×15 fit)
• Waiting space
• Professional lighting and chroma setup
• Sound system and wireless microphones
• Backdrop options (Black, White, Green)
• Make-up and changing room
• Tripods, softboxes, and other studio equipment available
• Human power available for handling reception, camera person, supporter or director
• Parking (subject to availability)
STUDIO RULES & GUIDELINES
• Booking Time: Rental duration begins at the confirmed booking time as per discussion
• Damage Responsibility: Clients are responsible for any damages during the booking period.
• Cleanliness: Please maintain cleanliness and avoid using food, paint, or powder inside the studio.
• Parking: Limited parking available. Please confirm in advance.
• Image Usage: MDCI reserves the right to share select images or videos for promotional use, only after client publication.
Amount / charge Non AC
. Rs 1000 for hour up to 4 hours
. Rs 700 for hour when booking is above 4 to 8 hours
. Rs 500 for hour when booking is above 8 hours
. Fill the form and submit basic documents after that booking is confirmed
. Full payment and 50 % security amount it will be refund after your shoot.
MDCI STUDIO RULES
1. Booking Time
Your studio booking begins strictly at the confirmed time, not the shoot start time.
Your slot ends when the last person exits the studio.
If another booking follows, you must vacate immediately.
2. Damage Responsibility
Clients are fully accountable for any damage during the booking.
Repair/replacement charges will apply where necessary.
3. Cleanliness
To maintain studio hygiene:
• No food inside the dance floor area
• Strictly no smoke, paint, colour powder, or flour
• Leave the studio clean and take all your belongings
4. Parking
Limited parking available.
Ensure prior confirmation with the MDCI team.
5. Image Usage Agreement
By booking the space, you allow MDCI to use behind-the-scenes images/videos from your shoot for social media promotion.
We will only post after you have shared your final work.
